Delivery from the US to Indonesia

Courier delivery by state mail of Indonesia. Usually it’s faster and safer than USPS Priority, but a bit more expensive. Delivery is carried out by EMS (international consortium of postal services of the world). Approximate delivery time from the US to Indonesia is 2 weeks. However, Qwintry’s delivery cost is the same as USPS.

Maximum package size depends on the country to which delivery is performed.

Courier delivery possibility depends on the final post office in destination country. If additional customs clearance is necessary, package will have to be picked up from the post office.

In case if the customs limit is exceeded for the parcel cost, the customs service of the country of destination will send a notification which will indicate the further course of action.

First Class is one of the most popular and budget-friendly delivery methods from the US. Delivery is carried out by state mail of Indonesia, it does not involve courier service (packages arrive at local post office). Suitable for delivering small items. Maximum weight is 64 oz (4 lbs, 1.8 kg), maximum combined length, height, and width is 36 inches (42 inches for rolls/tubes), cost of goods cannot exceed $400 in value.

Parcels are brought by DHL from the United States to go through customs in Indonesia, and then they are delivered to the recipient.

Maximum box size: the longest side should not exceed 1 meter. Oversized parcels (the sum of the sides of which are more than 150 cm) can take a couple of days longer to be delivered.
