Special requests help you check the products you received from stores. Their implementation takes place at our warehouse. Just click the “Create special request” button next to the parcel information.
The completion of any special request can take up to three business days depending on the workload of the warehouse.

A special request will help you see what your purchases actually look like and whether they correspond to the ordered goods.
Be sure to specify what and how to photograph - if you need a photo of individual elements of the product, indicate the information in the comments.
If there is a coupon in the parcel, the operator will locate it and take a photo to make sure that all the information on the coupon is clearly visible.
Our operator will open up the parcel, locate the invoice and photograph it. Please note that not all sellers include a paper invoice inside the parcel with the items.
The postal label on the shipping box in which the goods arrived to the warehouse is photographed for free. But if you need to clarify additional information that did not appear in the photo, you can use this special request.
Return the received parcel back to the store. Look up the return policy on the store’s website and attach a prepaid label so it can be shipped back. More about returns.
If you would like to return only some of the items from your parcel, we will help you send them back to the store. Indicate exactly which items you would like returned and attach a pre-paid label. The operator will take out the indicated items from the parcel, put them in a separate package and send them back accordingly. More about returns.
To complete this special request, attach the prepaid postal labels and other supporting documents that you received from the seller. Our operators will prepare the package and pass it on to the courier. More about returns.
This special request helps to check the length and width of the insole, as well as the sleeves – when you select it, please specify what exactly you want to measure.

This special request is designed to ensure that the store has sent exactly the item(s) you have ordered. Our operators will open the parcel and check whether all the items match the invoice. The price depends on the amount of items: the more there are, the higher the price will be.
If in doubt that the weight of the received parcel is correct, select this request and we will double check. If a mistake was made when weighing the parcel originally, this special request will be free of charge.
This service includes opening the parcel, turning on the device and checking its appearance. You can also check the sound, microphone, charging, usb ports and more by selecting options from the list. Learn more
Please note that we do not possess the resources and/or tools of a full-fledged service center and cannot perform specialized checks at our warehouse. We are also unable to insert a SIM card or do an initial setup for the phone.

For this special request, you must specify the shipment method that you are planning to use to send the items, and attach the copies of the invoices from the store, where we can clearly see descriptions and prices for the items in the package. We fill out declarations based solely on the information in the invoices provided by our clients.
