At your request, we can add the name of one friend of yours to your account. In this case, your friend will be able to make purchases in international online stores, paying for them with his bank card, and have them delivered to your Qwintry address. To add an extra name to your Qwintry account, please contact our helpdesk through the contact form in your personal account. We will only need the first and second name written in Latin characters. We will add this name to your account, and your friend will be able to make purchases in international stores, sending them to your Qwintry address. No, a few days before the program expiry date you will receive a notification of its completion and an offer to renew your membership for a new period. Select the desired term and make a new payment for the Qwintry Plus program.

Members of the program are entitled to sending 2 or 3 parcels free of charge, regardless of the cost of the orders for the Qwintry and First Class methods.

For members of the Qwintry Plus program, the free storage time for incoming parcels has been extended to 90 days instead of 45. The parcel is permanently deleted after 150 days instead of 100.
