When will the store ship my order?

Usually all American stores ship orders no later than 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. The exception is made for pre-orders and goods, that are marked by stores as “backorder / soon”. European stores can take up to a week to ship orders. As soon as the third-party store sends a notification that the tracking number was issued, our operator checks which item it refers to (if there were several items in the order), and then copies this information to the relevant field on our platform. Using the active link, you can track the progress of each shipped item. Important note: tracking number is shown for each item on your account. If an order was cancelled by the third-party, Qwintry operator will reset the cost, unused funds (minus the commission, unless the item was bought through a promotion) are credited back to the client’s balance within 1-3 business days.

When will my order arrive at the warehouse?

The approximate delivery time for orders from stores located in the United States is about 3-7 business days, from European - 3-14 business days. If the order has been shipped to a private address, the delivery time is slightly more, another 2-5 business days, as it would need to be further shipped from a private address to the Qwintry’s nearest warehouse. If the goods have not been delivered within specified timeframe, you need to contact one of our operators operator through a comment section on the order form and ask them to confirm the shipment information.

When will my items appear in my account?

From the moment the status of your parcel appears as “Delivered” on the tracking website, it usually takes only 1-2 business days. Sometimes parcels are delivered to the nearest post office DE, 19720, instead of our warehouse directly, which might increases processing time on our side to up to 3 working days.

Some stores, Amazon in particular, might combine orders sent to the same address in one shipment. This can be difficult for us as when they arrive at the warehouse, such packages have to be opened and goods separated manually, so the correct items can be checked against the corresponding customer account. In this case, we will leave you a comment next to the tracking number information on our website. Usually it takes up to 3 business days to sort the items.

How to process a refund if the store cancelled my order?

If the store cancelled the order for any reason, we will provide a 100% refund (the total amount with the RFP commission). No action is required, funds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days.

I want to cancel the order, will I get a refund?

If you want to cancel the order yourself, the sum of the refund will be based on policies and conditions of the third-party store. The full amount we receive from the store will be refunded to you. In this case, the fee for the Shopping Help service is non-refundable.

How to check the item when the package arrives at the warehouse?

We highly recommend customers to make special requests for photographing items to identify defects and shortcomings. For items purchased through Shopping Help, this special service is free of charge, processing time is 1-2 days. This option will allow you to quickly return and / or replace the goods by sending it from our warehouse back to the store. Qwintry does not provide cost compensation for missing items in case you did not choose a service to quality check your goods on delivery.
