The American company Funko was created in 1998, and the Funko Pop model was introduced in 2010. Funko Pop figures quickly became popular among collectors, as they are small replicas of superheroes and characters from comics and movies. In 2021, Funko launched a new service that allows fans to create and order personalized Funko Pop figures to be delivered directly to their homes.

Ordering Funko Pop figures

You can find Funko Pop figures and other related projects on the official Funko Pop site, as well as on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. If you purchase the American version, you may save money since the figures are cheaper in the US compared to Europe. Here’s what you need to do:

How to Create Your Own Funko Pop

To create a personalized Funko Pop figure, follow these steps:

2. Click on “Create,” “Time to Cosplay,” or “Customize” from the banners on the page;

3. Select one or two characters and click “Get Started”;

4. Customize your character with the following options:

• Customize the body: Choose from men, women, or child body types.
• Select a skin color.
• Set facial features.
• Choose a hairstyle and color.
• Pick out clothes and glasses.
• Add one or more accessories: such as popcorn, a book, a laptop, etc.
• Optionally, add an animal companion for $4.

5. Name your new figure.

Once you complete the purchase, click “Buy.” On the final page, you can add stickers and a safety protector for the figure. Add the figure to the cart to view the price and proceed with the purchase. You can also save your design as an avatar for social media. Use the "Next" and "Back" buttons to navigate the customization process.

Note:

• You don’t need to register on the official Funko Pop site to buy a figure. You can order a figure as a guest. In the “Shipping Address” section, add your Qwintry account address, following the instructions from Qwintry.

• Funko's custom Pop! service is currently only available in the U.S.

Funko Pop Collection Care and Storage

To preserve the value and appeal of a collection of Funko Pop figurines, follow these recommendations:

1. Proper storage:

• Keep the figurines in a clean and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity.
