SHEIN accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but the return QR code and label work only inside the US. If the parcel is still at the Qwintry warehouse, you can order a special request "return parcel to seller" ($7 / $10.50 / $21 by weight: up to 22 lb (10 kg) / 22.1-40 lb (10-18 kg) / over 40 lb / 18 kg) within the store's return window. After the parcel is sent home, a return is on you and at your cost. Not returnable: lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, final sale and clearance items.

To the warehouse: SHEIN's window (usually about 5-8 business days on its official page); Qwintry's general estimate for this leg is 3-7 business days, so plan for the longer one, then 1-2 days to add the parcel to your account. After that, the delivery time of your chosen method from the calculator applies.

✔️Are SHEIN sizes accurate?

It depends on the item. Each product page has a Size Guide (cm and inches), Fit Finder (height, age, weight) and the model's size. Measure a garment you own and compare. Qwintry can also measure clothes for you (special request from $7).

SHEIN states that VIP coupons work only on the site where you registered, and points can be spent only on the site where you earned them. So points and VIP coupons from a local SHEIN site will not carry over to us.shein.com.

Points. You earn 1 point per $1 once delivery is confirmed (confirm within 6 months). Taxes and shipping earn no points, and you can pay up to 50% of the order price (excluding shipping and taxes) with points. Points work only on us.shein.com.

SHEIN VIP. Membership is free and you need at least one purchase. There are levels S0-S3 based on your purchases over 12 months, and coupons work only on the site where you registered.

Qwintry ships to many countries, but not to all of them. We do not deliver to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Belarus, Crimea, the DNR, LNR, or the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, and we do not deliver to addresses in the US. What we can't forward

Perfume, aerosols, alcohol-based products, drones, gift cards (and payment with them), radio devices and weapons. If your cart includes electronics, include no more than two devices with lithium batteries; DHL does not accept such devices. See the full list of restricted items.
