How to pay for the order?

To pay for our services, we strongly recommend using only your own bank cards. Otherwise, if you use someone else’s cards, we will be forced to request a package of documents to confirm the legality of using it. Payments can be made by personal VISA, MasterCard, or Apple Pay and Google Pay systems directly on Qwintry website. Additional commission fee is 2.9% + 30 cents. Payment is processed instantly.

How much does it cost?

For the orders from American stores, the cost of the service is 10% of the total cost of goods, but no less than 13 dollars.

For the orders from European stores, the cost of the service is 10%, but no less than 13 euros.

For the orders from the UK stores, the cost of the service is 10%, but no less than 13 pounds.

For purchases over $1000 or €1000, the flat rate is 7%.

What do I need to do after my order has been processed by Qwintry?

After the operator processes your order, you need to check the information on the provided screenshot, which is a confirmation of your order from the third-party store. If the screenshot was not provided by the operator, you must leave a comment on the order form with a request to provide a screenshot or contact our support team on the website.

Do you have an “urgent purchase” service?

We are testing a new service of express purchasing within 3 hours after you place the order any time of day and night. Currently we offer it for the following shops in the USA: 6pm, Carter’s, Ralph Lauren, GAP, Victoria’s Secret, U.S. Polo Assn., Nordstrom Rack, Calvin Klein, Backcountry, Moosejaw, Zappos, Shoes, Jomashop, Michael Kors, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Uniqlo, Adidas, B&H Photovideo, Amazon.

Priority status of the order works after purchasing and implies faster answers to comments, faster checking and updating information on your order and parcel, but it doesn’t influence the delivery time from the store or private address. You can activate the express purchase before confirmation of the order.

Please, note that express purchase cannot be combined with coupons and promo codes for free «Shopping Help».

Minimum fee is $13 for service in the US, 13% of the item(s) cost.
