I declared all the items for one of my five parcels in the same declaration form, is this correct?

Accepted Answer

No, the declaration must be filled for each incoming parcel. It is best to prepare declarations as soon as the parcels arrive to Qwintry’s warehouse. Later on, the final declaration for all the goods can be corrected even after the consolidation of the parcels.

I want to lower the items price in the declaration, will there be problems?

It is prohibited to do so, since problems can arise when passing customs: • the parcel can be sent back without compensation for the cost of delivery; • the parcel can be confiscated; • you will be asked to prove the value of the goods by providing invoices and bank statements ; • you will have to pay a customs fee that will be calculated by the customs services themselves by assessing the goods if you cannot prove that you bought them at the prices specified in the declaration.

I do not want to fill out the declaration. Can you do it for me?

You can use the special requests service to fill out the declaration: create it for the incoming parcel, attach the purchase invoice, and Qwintry’s specialists will prepare a declaration for you.

Question 6

How to include samples and store presents in the declaration?

Accepted Answer

The samples must be declared in a separate line. If the store sent it to you as a free gift, you can specify a symbolic value of several cents (for example, $ 0.1). In the event if the sampler does not have a vendors code (when filling in the declaration for the Qwintry Air method) - just specify the product name and the store address.
