To check the purchased products, you can make a special request, and our employees will provide you with all the necessary information about your purchase. Since each special request is an additional job, there is a charge for this service.

What kind of special requests are available?

Our special requests service department can measure clothes and shoes for you, photograph things or invoices, check the weight of the parcel, repack fragile items, check if electronics you ordered work properly and much more. More information about this service can be found here.

What does the cost of special requests depend on?

It depends on how difficult it is to perform the task and the time spent on the implementation of the special request. Detailed information on prices can be found here.

The weight of the parcel is different from the one indicated by the store.

Stores and postal services often provide an approximate weight of the items, and when they arrive to Qwintry’s warehouse, the parcels are weighed on the electronic scales to indicate the exact weight.

Can I ask to disassemble a chair / bicycle / other things to reduce the volume?

Qwintry’s employees do not disassemble things, because of the risk of damage during disassembly.

I want to return the items back to the store. How can I do it?

In case the item is eligible for a free return, the online store where you made a purchase will cover the shipping. In order for Qwintry employees to send your items back, you need to make a special request. The cost of this service to the customer is $7.
In case if return is not free your purchases will be sent back to the store using USPS Priority Mail. To do this, you will have to create a delivery back to the store address by selecting the USPS Priority service and pay for the cost of the service.
