- Limits for Russia
From January 1, 2020 the permissible customs limit for one individual is 200 euros and 31kg per parcel (or several parcels, if they pass through customs at the same time, on the same day). If the duty-free threshold is exceeded, you will have to pay a fee for the excess, either 15% of the excess value plus an additional customs fee of 500 rubles, or 2 euros per 1kg of the excess weight, whichever one is greater. There are no customs limits for parcels sent in one calendar month or any other period.
- Limits for Ukraine
Goods with the total value that does not exceed 100 euros can be sent duty free internationally. If the value of the parcel exceeds 100 euros, an additional charge consisting of 10% import tax and 20% VAT will be applied to the amount exceeding the duty-free limit.
- Limit for Kazakhstan

- Limit for Belarus
Duty free threshold for international parcels to Belarus is 200 euros and 31 kg per calendar month. In addition, there is a weight threshold and value limit for each separate shipment. The value of the parcel should not exceed 22 euros and weigh not more than 10 kg. If the package exceeds the limits in terms of value or weight, you will have to pay a fee for the excess, either 15% of the excess value, or 2 euros per 1kg of the excess weight. If individual parcel and monthly limits are exceeded for the value or weight, the recipient will have to pay whichever fee is greater. An additional fee of 5 euros will be charged for customs clearance of the parcel.
