At the same time, aerosols, perfumes, combustible substances shipment from Germany is allowed, and restrictions on the number of batteries shipped are also removed, since the goods are delivered by ground transport using the Ecopost service. FSB notification is a document that contains a list of devices allowed for import and use on Russian territory. For example, notification is needed for action cameras, smart speakers and other devices that have cryptographic modules and wireless communications.

You can check for notification on Eurasian Economic Commission website under this link. If you are not sure that notification is needed, please contact Qwintry's customer service support stuff for help. We can send the goods without notification to Russia only using Ecopost service, USPS does not guarantee that the parcel will successfully pass the customs clearance.

The maximum allowable cost of goods depends on the shipment method. So, if sending the goods by mail channels (USPS Priority and USPS Express services), the cost of one package should not exceed $ 2499. When sending the goods using the Qwintry Air services, there are no restrictions on the maximum allowable cost of goods.

We draw your attention to the fact that for goods with the value that exceeds the permissible customs limit (currently it is 1000 euros for the Russian Federation), there is a duty fee of 30% from the amount above the limit.

- Limits for Russia

From January 1, 2020 the permissible customs limit for one individual is 200 euros and 31kg per parcel (or several parcels, if they pass through customs at the same time, on the same day). If the duty-free threshold is exceeded, you will have to pay a fee for the excess, either 15% of the excess value plus an additional customs fee of 500 rubles, or 2 euros per 1kg of the excess weight, whichever one is greater. There are no customs limits for parcels sent in one calendar month or any other period.

- Limits for Ukraine

Goods with the total value that does not exceed 100 euros can be sent duty free internationally. If the value of the parcel exceeds 100 euros, an additional charge consisting of 10% import tax and 20% VAT will be applied to the amount exceeding the duty-free limit.

- Limit for Kazakhstan

From January 1, 2020 the permissible customs limit for one individual is 200 euros and 31kg per parcel (or several parcels, if they pass through customs at the same time, on the same day). If the duty-free threshold is exceeded, you will have to pay a fee for the excess, either 15% of the excess value plus an additional customs fee of 250 rubles, or 2 euros per 1kg of the excess weight, whichever one is greater.

- Limit for Belarus

Duty free threshold for international parcels to Belarus is 200 euros and 31 kg per calendar month. In addition, there is a weight threshold and value limit for each separate shipment. The value of the parcel should not exceed 22 euros and weigh not more than 10 kg. If the package exceeds the limits in terms of value or weight, you will have to pay a fee for the excess, either 15% of the excess value, or 2 euros per 1kg of the excess weight. If individual parcel and monthly limits are exceeded for the value or weight, the recipient will have to pay whichever fee is greater. An additional fee of 5 euros will be charged for customs clearance of the parcel.

No, the customs services take into account only the price of the goods in the parcel. For example, if your product costs $200, and you paid $26 for shipping, the customs value is $200.

Limits on the dimensions are:
• Qwintry Air: 42 inches from either side (106.68 cm).
• USPS Priority: 79 inches (200.66 cm) (girth plus length), length - 42 inches (106.68 cm).
• USPS Express: 108 inches (274.32 cm) (girth plus length), length - 60 inches (152.4 cm).
• Ecopost: the sum of all three sides of the parcel should not exceed 150 cm, the length of one side - 100 cm.

The maximum package weight for any shipment method should not exceed 18 kg (40 lb).

"Large Bulky Items" is a big, but light enough parcel (for example, a guitar, a big soft toy). It is important to understand if using Qwintry Air services for item delivery because it can significantly affect the shipping cost.
