Important! In the event if you ordered prohibited for import goods and sent it to consolidation, the parcel will be prepared for shipment without it. In this case, the withdrawn goods will stay in your account so you can initiate the return process to the store. If the goods cannot be returned they will be disposed free of charge, no refund will be issued to the owner.
