What online stores can I shop at?

You can buy goods in any foreign online stores: multi and mono brand stores, small private ones and supermarkets. We made a list of stores open for independent shopping. Unfortunately, some stores do not deliver parcels to the mail forwarder address. When ordering from these sites, we advise you to use our "Purchase Assistance" service.

How to place an order?

To order, you simply need to choose the products from the online store you are shopping at and add them to your shopping cart. In the delivery address line, specify the address provided by Qwintry (you can find it in your Personal Account) and pay for your purchase with a bank card.

How to shop with Google Chrome extension?

To make purchases with Google Chrome extension you need to download the extension using this link. After that, you can shop in online stores, adding goods directly to Qwintry’s cart. When the cart is ready, process your order shipment using the "Purchase Assistance" service.

I have a ruble card. Can I use it to shop?

Yes, when using the ruble card, the bank independently converts rubles into dollars. Please note that each bank has its own exchange rate.

Can I pay for my purchases with someone else's bank card?

You can pay for purchases with someone else's credit card, considering that you have received permission from the card holder for this transaction. In some cases, Qwintry may request additional documents confirming client’s identity and the legality of card usage.

What if the store does not accept payment?

First of all, make sure that your card is suitable for paying for purchases in online stores, it has enough funds, and this particular online store accepts Russian bank cards.

If everything is fine, you need to contact your bank and find out the possible reasons for payment rejection. Also, to clarify the information, you can write us in Qwintry's support chat.

The store canceled the purchase. When will I get the refund?

Depending on your bank the refund may take from 3 to 30 days. In order to speed up the process, you can contact the bank's customer service.
