This year, on January 9, they introduced the Vans Old Skool 36+, a tribute to the Style 36 model, originally released in 1977. This new model comes with several distinctive details: black and yellow crocodile leather uppers, removable Velcro tabs, and embroidered accents. Vans Skate Authentic: Collaboration with Andrew Allen

Vans is set to release the Premium Old Skool Shoes in four distinct colorways – classic checkerboard, earthy brown and green tones, and bold flame prints—paying homage to the early 2000s. These models celebrate 50 years of underground music culture and the legacy of the Old Skool silhouette. Glossy sidewalls, higher foxing tape, and archival branding stay true to the authentic details of Vans' ’90s-era footwear. The collection will be available on Vans’ official website in the USA starting March 6.

Following this, Vans will launch the Premium Old Skool Gum Shoes on April 10 in four vibrant shades – raspberry pink, crystal blue, marmalade orange, and sepia brown. Part of the Hip Hop Capsule, this collection draws inspiration from sought-after colorways of the 2010s, a time when underground hip-hop redefined the Old Skool aesthetic. Designed for enhanced comfort and style, the Premium build features upgraded insole cushioning, a refined footbed, and improved materials for a superior fit.
