What is the correct link for an item for placing an order?

When we will be placing an order on your behalf, the link you provide should redirect us straight to the item you wish to purchase. Links to mobile versions of the platforms and shopping carts are not suitable, because we will not be able to see the contents of your cart and calculate the total cost of the order.

How many items can I specify in one order?

The maximum quantity of items for one store is 7-10. This is due to the fact that each store has its own features and limitations. The exception can be made for some children's clothing stores, Amazon, 6pm, and Zappos. The maximum number of purchase items on the platforms listed above is 20 items.

I have a discount store coupon, is it possible to use it?

While calculating preliminary costs, our operator searches for coupons and available promo codes on the most famous coupon sites. Coupons that you indicate in the comments are also used. Exceptions are made for personal coupons that are registered to an individual through his personal account on the store’s website. If the operator comes across a new coupon that provides better discount for the purchase during the buyout, he will apply it and a smaller amount will be taken from the customer’s balance.

Why am I getting no response to my comments?

The standard time to answer a comment is 1-2 business days.

Are there any restrictions on the total sum for the orders?

Unfortunately, there are some limitations. For example, we won’t be able to place an order in Sephora store for more than $400. The platform often cancels such orders, as they are considered a risk of being for resale. For this reason, the order can’t exceed $300-350. Stores such as Levi's, Tommy and GAP are not suitable for placing an order with over 10 items, or for ordering large quantities of the same item. The store may cancel our purchase and our account may be blocked. Therefore, we recommend dividing such orders into several smaller ones.

How fast will my order be processed?

Shopping Help service processes orders on a first-in first-served basis. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Pre-holidays and during periods of major sales it might take a little longer. Another reason for taking longer than usual is if there are some technical problems on the third-party online platforms. If there is any kind of delay, the operator will notify you by sending a message and explaining the situation (if it is a problem with the website, the store’s system is overloaded, checkout completion is incorrect, a long queue etc.).
