Changes to Package Storage at Our U.S. Warehouse
Due to the relocation of the Qwintry U.S. warehouse to a new address, package storage terms are changing. This will allow us to maintain our current service pricing levels.
How will storage terms for incoming packages at the U.S. warehouse change?
- Free storage: 30 days;
- Maximum storage period: 60 days.
- Free storage: 20 days;
- Maximum storage period: 45 days;
- For Qwintry Plus members: Free storage: 30 days, Maximum storage period: 60 days.
How will storage terms for outgoing packages at the U.S. warehouse change?
Starting June 5:
- Free storage: 7 days;
- Maximum storage period: 14 days.
These changes apply only to packages received at the warehouse on or after June 5, as well as packages created for shipment on or after June 5.
