Qwintry’s warehouses in the USA and China are moving.

How will the US warehouse operate during the move?

• From May 26 to June 5, we are suspending consolidation. You can still create such shipments, but they will be sent after June 5;
• From June 1 to June 5, packaging of shipments, incoming parcel registration to your account, and special requests will be suspended;
• «ShopHelp» operates as usual. The Qwintry Flash rate will be available for ordering, but such shipments may be delayed.

How will the warehouse in China operate during the move?

• All parcels located at the old warehouse will be shipped by May 29;
• The remaining parcels will be moved to the new warehouse — their shipping will resume by June 15;
• From June 1 to June 15, «ShopHelp» operators will suspend product purchasing.

What else is important to remember?

• Don’t forget to change the addresses on store websites when making purchases on your own. The new China address is already in your personal account; the US address will appear there on May 29;
• Parcels from stores that are already in transit to the warehouses will be received and later delivered to the new addresses.
