Due to abnormally high temperatures in the US, we have temporarily reduced warehouse operating hours to ensure safe working conditions for our employees. As a result, processing times for special requests, as well as the handling, receiving, and shipping of parcels, may be extended.
We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, and we are doing everything we can to return to our regular schedule as soon as possible. At the same time, we remain committed to maintaining the high quality of processing for every parcel.
