Delivery to Russian Post offices
No
In Berlin, parcels are handed over to Russian Post, which delivers them to local post offices.
Maximum box size: sum of three sides — no more than 200 cm, one side — no more than 1 meter.
The cost is calculated by physical weight. Thanks to better rates, this delivery method is an excellent alternative to traditional international postal services.
Shipment from the Berlin warehouse via Qwintry Economy is available only for goods valued under 1000 euros. If this amount is exceeded, parcels can only be sent via Qwintry Air.
We pack parcels into pallets and transport them to a hub in Europe, where they pass customs and are handed over to Russian Post. Full tracking becomes available once the parcel leaves the Qwintry warehouse.
With Qwintry Economy, you save on transportation costs — but not on quality. This method is just as reliable while being more affordable than traditional postal delivery.
What happens if the customs value limit is exceeded?
For Economy parcels, simplified customs clearance is applied — the declaration requirements are the same as for regular postal shipments.
In case of exceeding the customs limit on parcel value, you will receive a notification from the customs authority with further instructions.
What if customs rejects the parcel?
The parcel is returned to the European warehouse. After that, we can either resend it or store it at the warehouse. In both cases, the sender covers additional costs.
Important: if you consolidate many similar items into one parcel, customs may consider it commercial and charge a 30% duty. Also note that shipping of any knives is strictly prohibited by Economy.

Reshipping cost within Russia to a pickup point: $5.5. Reshipping by courier: $8. Additional payment is made after confirmation with Qwintry support by deducting funds from your Qwintry account balance. For some regions far from Moscow, the cost is calculated individually, based on courier tariffs and additional sorting/transportation costs.
