Delivery to Russian Post offices
No
Parcels are handed over to Russian Post, which delivers them to local post offices.
Maximum box size: The sum of three sides must not exceed 150 cm, and the length of one side must not exceed one meter.
The cost is calculated based on actual weight. Thanks to lower rates, this method is a great alternative to traditional international postal delivery.
Shipping from the Peterborough warehouse using Qwintry Economy is only possible for items with a total value under 1000 euros.
We pack parcels on pallets and deliver them to a transport hub in Europe, where they clear customs and are handed over to Russian Post. Full tracking is available from the moment the parcel leaves Qwintry’s warehouse.
With Qwintry Economy, you save on shipping costs without sacrificing quality. This method is just as reliable while being more affordable than traditional postal channels.
What if the parcel exceeds Russia’s customs value limit?
Economy parcels undergo simplified customs clearance — declaration requirements are the same as for regular mail.
If the customs value limit is exceeded, you will receive a notification from customs with further instructions.
What happens if customs rejects the parcel?
The parcel is returned to the European warehouse. After that, we can either reship it or store it at our warehouse. In both cases, all additional costs are paid by the sender.
Important: If you consolidate many similar items into one parcel, customs may classify it as commercial and charge a 30% duty. Also note that shipping knives of any kind via Economy is strictly prohibited.
