Clients may choose to add Global Green insurance when finalizing their delivery order. Global Green is an insurance provider offering the simplest and most reliable insurance. It covers any item that is shipped using Qwintry services.
Cost of insurance
$3 for every $100 of merchandise value
Global Green protects against:
The loss of individual items in the package
The loss of the entire package
The damage of items within the package
Recoverability — 100%
Reimbursement requires certain necessary documents both from the delivery provider (USPS, SPSR, courier services, and Qwintry Air customer pick-up points) and from the client. Timing of reimbursements: 7 days after all documents have been received.
Electronic devices are only covered by insurance when they are shipped using SPSR / Qwintry Air
Please note: Global Green insurance does not cover phones, tablet computers, any Apple products and other electronic devices when they are shipped through USPS (these items are only covered by insurance when they are shipped using SPSR / Qwintry Air).
Ebay products policy
Secondhand and new products purchased on Ebay are covered by Global Green insurance based solely on their outer appearance. Insurance is applied only when the client submits a special request for photographs that verify the physical state of the item before it is shipped from the Qwintry warehouse.
Claim for an insurance payout
In order to submit a claim for an insurance payout, clients must write a review of the shipment they have received. The review must include high-quality photographs of the packaging and merchandise, as well as confirmation of shipment from the original sender in which the name, price, shipping address, and package tracking number are visible.
Indicate correct information on declaration!
Please be aware that clients who indicate incorrect or incomplete information on their declaration forms may be denied insurance payouts.
