Delivery from the UK to Rusia

We pack all the parcels on pallets and forward them to a logistics hub in Europe, where the parcels pass through customs control and are then forwarded by Russian Post. Full-fledged tracking of the parcel is possible from the moment it is sent off from the Qwintry warehouse.

Using Qwintry Economy, you save up on transportation costs – but not on quality. This method is just as reliable, yet at the same time less expensive, than the traditional methods of postal delivery.

For the Economy parcels, a simplified customs clearance procedure is applied – the requirements for declaring the contents of parcels are exactly the same as when sending parcels using USPS methods.

If the customs limit for the parcel value is exceeded, you will receive a notification from the customs service, which will indicate the further procedure.

The parcel is returned to the warehouse in Europe. After that, we will be able to either resend it or store it at our warehouse. In either case, all the extra costs incurred are paid by the sender.

Important: if you compose a parcel of a number of similar things, there is a possibility that the customs will consider it to be a commercial consignment and will accrue a 30% extra duty. Also please note that Qwintry Economy completely rules out shipment of any knives.
